Do You Have A Secret?

Spending my day  reading these secrets from anonymous. Some secrets make me laughed, some secrets made me sad to know what they have gone through..  By the way, if you don't know yet, we have our own "PostSecret" website in Malaysia : www.postsecret.my . These secrets that I read today are going to post on the website soon. 

According the research in the Journal of Experimental Psychology suggests that  keeping secret is a burden emotionally. Secrets do indeed weigh you down. The next time you're holding onto a big whopper of a secret but you can't tell anyone, why not consider to write it all down. Writing all your burden or anger out can make you feel a lot better.
