It's not a time when most of us enjoy being awake, especially after a long drive to the town. I'm so glad that we made it this time. Fresh air, the sound of morning birds, calming waves... Sunrise is the most beautiful parts of the day.
There used to have seven jetties in Penang, unfortunately one was demolished by fire and now six remain. Each jetty is name after a Chinese clan - 周(Chew)，林(Lim)，陈(Tan)，杨(Young)，李(Lee). Chew Jetty is one of the most tourist-friendly with the most stilt-houses, the longest walkway, a temple that is worth stopping by. You will spot Ernest Zacharevic's mural in Chew Jetty.
